TOLL (Transformer Outline Leadless) packaged MOSFETs, due to their small size, low packaging resistance, low parasitic inductance, and low thermal resistance, have been widely used in end customers such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, lithium battery protection, and communication power supplies.
